a religious experience: The End of Angel and Alaska

A time to remember the forgotten. Even the forgotten of the forgotten, those who never appear in retrofreak collections ...

... Today: The End of Angel and Alaska.

guitarist and producer
Altolaguirre Angel, played for Dinarama , responsible for the production of great "secular song" (1983). Bands sound engineer and producer of the scene of the early work of Gabinete Caligari or permanent paralysis , was one of the regular singers in "La Bola de Cristal" of TVE. He took part in 86 of Disposable , combining punk band with his own band, Angel and The Güais , with whom he recorded in 1988 "The End" for the label interference.
A great job that included a spectacular duet that gave its name, with her friend and former colleague Alaska. And a perfect topic for an Angel become Iggy Pop, and Alaska pimp-style.

"The End" always been one of my favorites, and a great song that became unfairly overlooked.

But not long ago punctured one of my sessions "What I Am" , and it was really exciting to see that not only worked, but there was none to ventipocos years, was interested to know who sang such a marvel. Now I keep hearing about the new folk, and the trail of new songwriters who called American , seems a good time to recover Brikell Edie, undoubtedly, one of my favorites.
